At 89sq.metres, the Conference Suite is comprised of two rooms (Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2). These can be hired separately or as 2 combined to make a larger space to hold bigger parties. It includes a built-in projector and a pull-down screen at one end. Meeting Room 1 is slightly larger than Room 2 at 46sq.metres, ideally suited for larger boardroom set-ups or a theatre style layout. Meeting Room 2 is 40sq.metres and is still ideal for a boardroom layout. Other layouts are available please ask in your enquiry for more information. Capacity may vary with layout. Other rates are available for community groups and charities. Please include this information in your enquiry. Boardroom Style Room 1 max capacity is 24 Room 2 max capacity is 12 The projector is connected via a VGA port. An HDMI to VGA cable is available to borrow upon request. Flip charts and marker pens are available to hire. A laptop (Windows 8.1) may be available to borrow upon request.
